Q. Can I change my reservation after receiving the confirmation email/sms?

You may change the date/time of your reservation through the link in your confirmation email.

 

Q. How can I cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation through the link in your confirmation email.

 

Q. Why can’t I choose an available date and time?

All bookings are subjected to restaurants’ availability. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the booking is made. 

 

Q. What is the maximum number of reservations that I can make on the website?

As long as the date and time of the restaurant is available for booking, you will be able to make as many bookings as you wish.

 

Q. Any specific dress code?

Kindly check with the restaurant for any specific dress code. 

 

Q. What should I do if I have not received any email confirmation from the restaurant?

You may wish to check your Junk or Spam folder for the email confirmation. Generally, email confirmations are sent by no-reply@mail-diningcity.asia
